Support and Upgrades

While most companies claim that they want to be your "business partner", Argos understands what it really takes.  This means being there for you when you need it the most and helping you take advantage of new technology to attract and keep your customers! We will provide you with satisfaction and maximum value from your software purchase.

Documentation

Every module of ABECAS Insight comes with on-line help and printable documentation.  Technical documentation for our industry standard development tools, like Microsoft SQL, Report Builder, etc. are also available from a variety of sources.

Subscription

Included in your Subscription; access to our help desk, upgrades on a quarterly or as requested basis, attendance at our Industry Application Meetings, E-Support Updates, access to On-line Release Notes, and Quarterly E-newsletters.

Help Desk

Our subscription program allows you to call us toll-free at any time from 5:00 am till 5:00 pm PST.  With an attitude of service, our industry experts guide you through the issues you are facing and no one person on our staff "owns the problem", enabling you to call anyone and get a response. Our response time is ½ of the industry standard!  We have escalation procedures in place for critical or urgent problems.  On average, our support staff has over 6 years experience per person and some have been with us for over 15 years.

Upgrades

Upgrades, available on a quarterly basis or as requested, are a part of your subscription service and provide you with the latest enhancements (as defined by our customer's needs and our own knowledge of the latest technology).  ABECAS Insight is a "living product"; when we add custom features for one client - it is added to the core of our software.  You get exactly what others in your industry have requested, plus what we know are the latest advances in technology to serve your industry!

E-Notification of  Microsoft SQL issues

Included in our Subscription service, we provide you with the latest information on known support issues for your operating environment.  We keep track of the latest Microsoft SQL patches, and advise you on how these SQL Updates will affect your operations.

On-Line Release Notes

Each Quarter, we release an updated version of ABECAS Insight which contains the latest additions and capabilities of the software.  These changes represent your Subscription dollars hard at work! But we also know its important to our customers to understand the changes and enhancements that they will be receiving prior to updating. Take a look any time!    

User Meetings

Your subscription service includes attendance at our bi-annual Industry Application Workshop.  This allows you to meet and discuss your needs with our Support, Programming, Sales and Administration staff.  Additionally, you can meet with other like entities to discover new ways to take advantage of ABECAS Insight's technology to improve your business' processes.

24x7 Support

Occasionally, we all work out-side of normal business hours.  If you experience program issues, support or training issues, or hardware issues, our programmers, support experts or our systems personnel are available to you. This option is outside our standard support contract and is billable at a higher rate.
